It was a great day for this lovely couple’s Borthwick Castle wedding! We loved how they utilised all of the rooms in this beautiful castle, from getting ready in the Gatehouse, the gorgeous location for their ceremony in the Garrison, drinks reception in the State Room finished off with a banquet dinner and dancing in the Great Hall.

You couldn’t possibly find a more authentic Scottish Castle wedding venue, and so handy with it being only 20 minutes from Edinburgh. We enjoyed exploring the grounds and finding unique locations for creative photographs, a new spot around each corner, and of course the perfect backdrop for a few dramatically lit evening shots. We can’t wait to come back to this incredible place, what a day!
