What to Expect

Throughout the wedding day, there are countless fleeting moments for us to document – many of which you may not have seen yourself. As wedding photographers, it is vital to know when to capture the genuine, honest emotions and events that are unaffected by us – laughter, children playing, tears and hugs. The wedding day is primarily photographed in a natural, documentary style. Only smaller portions are directed, such as your group photographs and couple’s portrait session. We still like to keep these sessions very free-flowing and relaxed, leading to captivating, natural images of your wedding.

We spend around 30 minutes on creative couple portraits and we are always happy to take any group photographs that you request. Of course, we are always mindful of not keeping your guests waiting for long; you want to have plenty of time to celebrate with your loved ones and not miss the Champagne and canapés!

Our combined creative and documentary styles of photography results in an exquisite collection of natural, striking and vibrant wedding photographs that we hope you will enjoy for many years.

Our Experience

From breathtaking castles, churches and stately homes to quirky tipis, magical islands and rustic barns, we have many adventures photographing weddings together at the best wedding venues in Edinburgh, Scotland and internationally.

Established in 2010, we are full-time, Award-Winning Professional Wedding Photographers based in Edinburgh. We are delighted to have recently been voted Wedding Photographers of the Year at The Scottish Wedding Awards. Having captured over 500 weddings together in Scotland and abroad, we have extensive experience working in a variety of incredible venues – all with different lighting conditions and unique locations.

Two Photographers Two Professional Wedding Photographers with 10+ years of Experience, Ryan & Lina White

Full Coverage Coverage from Bridal Preparations until the Start of the Dancing, with coverage starting from 1 to 2 hours pre-ceremony until the first 30 to 60 minutes of dancing. Coverage times vary, please get in touch to request details about our package collection.

Edinburgh Elopement & Destination Wedding Photography

It is a privilege to document many of our couples who travel to Scotland for their destination weddings or to elope to Edinburgh. Scotland truly is a magical country that is steeped in history, filled with romance and stunning scenery.

From personal experience, we know that planning a wedding from abroad is not without its challenges. We’re always happy to help with advice, venue suggestions and supplier recommendations – just let us know.

Equipment

You might like to know that we use state-of-the-art Professional Canon cameras and equipment and always carry backup cameras, lenses and flashes.

We have Full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
